Park Rules
  • Due to water park safety and pool hygiene, bags and ice boxes are subject to inspection.
  • Cold storage is maintained at 10°C or below.
  • Food, mats, all glass items, snorkel gear (including snorkel goggles), fins, large pool toys (over 1m on any side), chairs, diver masks, and swim aids (kickboards, peanut floats, paddles) are prohibited.
  • Beverages (except glass), baby food (except glass containers), patient food (except glass containers), and peeled fruits (excluding nuts) are permitted.
  • Wheeled carriers — strollers, wagons, carts — are prohibited.
  • Please remove sharp accessories like earrings, rings, and hair pins.
  • Some facilities may restrict entry without the designated attire.
  • Guests with contagious diseases may not enter.
  • Those with epilepsy, skin conditions, heart disease, blood pressure issues, hypothermia, pregnancy, or menstruation should refrain from water activities.
  • Guests engaging in disruptive behavior may have entry or use restricted at staff discretion.
  • Children under 10 and the elderly must be accompanied by a guardian.
  • Outside footwear (Crocs, sandals, slippers) is not allowed inside pools or attractions — aqua shoes only.
  • Swim aids (kickboards, peanut floats, paddles) are restricted.
  • Diving when entering the water is dangerous — please refrain.
  • If your body temperature drops, exit the water, wrap in a towel, and rest or move to a warm indoor space.
  • Playing ball or running is dangerous — please refrain.
  • Warm up thoroughly before water activities, and rest 10 minutes after every 50 minutes.
  • A life jacket is required for the Wave Pool. The yellow line in the outdoor wave area marks the wave drop zone — collision risk.
