Booking tickets

Why should I book through the official channel?

Ticket eligibility, validity periods and resale restrictions can vary by sales and distribution channel. Tickets that do not meet the applicable conditions may not be accepted at the venue. This is an official booking channel for international visitors. We stand behind tickets purchased here for use under the stated product conditions and take responsibility for handling cancellations and refunds under the terms shown at purchase. Can I purchase tickets on the same day of my visit?

Yes, same-day purchases are available as long as tickets are in stock. However, availability may be limited during peak seasons.

Can I modify the number of guests after booking?

Unfortunately, guest count modifications are not available. Please cancel your current reservation and make a new booking with the correct number.

What should I bring to enter the park?

Please bring the QR code received via email (either printed out or on your smartphone).

I didn't receive my voucher email. What should I do?

Check your spam folder first. You can also resendthe voucher from your reservation detail page, or contact customer service.

Can someone else use my ticket?

Yes, you can share the QR code with the person who will visit. They willneed to present their own ID at the entrance.

Can I cancel on the day of my visit?
